The one thing we didn’t want to do when we took over Condado Golf Club was to do ‘fish & chips’ on a Friday.
We have lasted 2 months but have given in and will start traditional fish and chips on Friday 1 December.
We will also be offering a grouper fish Ceviche, similar to the image above. At present Spanish, Peruvians, Ecuadorians and other nationalities travel to Lorca for this South American dish. Ceviche is is a seafood dish popular in the coastal regions of Mexico, Ecuador, Colombia, Chile and Perú and other parts of Latin America. The dish is typically made from fresh raw fish cured in citrus juices, such as lemon or lime, and spiced with ají or chili peppers. it is served cold.
The bar will now be open on Friday evenings until 2200.
